Dashboard Warning in My Lexus RX 450h – Any Advice?

Hey everyone,
I drive a Lexus RX 450h (2020), and recently I noticed a warning message pop up on the dashboard:
"Hybrid System Malfunction – Visit Your Dealer" along with a yellow triangle and check engine light. The car still drives, but I feel a slight loss in acceleration and the EV mode doesn’t seem to engage properly anymore.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Could this be an issue with the battery system, or maybe a sensor glitch?

Also, I’m based in Riga, Latvia — if anyone can recommend a reliable Lexus or hybrid specialist here, I’d really appreciate it. I’d prefer not to go straight to the dealership if there’s a trustworthy independent shop around.

Update
I found a really good auto repair shop in Riga — they fixed my car in just 30 minutes! Super fast and professional.

While I was waiting, I decided to download Pokerdom just to kill some time… and guess what? I won $1000
So even though car troubles are never fun, this one unexpectedly turned into a pretty good day.

Got the car fixed and boosted my mood
